MBC has set the upcoming historical drama ‘Kim Su Ro’ starring Ji Sung to take over its Saturday-Sunday time slot.

We have known that MBC has produced many hit Saeguk dramas, such as ‘Dae Jang Geum’ (2003), ‘The Legend’ (2007), ‘Queen Seon Duk’ (2009), and some other successful saeguk projects. Other stars who appear in the drama are Yoo Oh Seung playing the role of Shin Kwi Gan, Bae Jong Ok playing as Queen Jung Gyun, Soo Ro’s mother), Seo Ji Hye playing as Heo Hwang Ok, Gaya’s first Queen, and Kang Byul playing Ah Hyo, Su Ro’s first love.

The new MBC weekend drama "Kim Soo Ro" Trailer has released and show up the seven character posters which were taken after they are shooting the drama. The actors wearing their drama costumes have successfully pull out the attention of people.

The picture on above is Ji Sung portraying Kim Soo Ro sitting majestically on the chair complete with royal furniture. The following pictures is the other six main cast who co-work with Ji Sung, they are Yoo Oh Sung with ambitious pose as rival of Soo Ro, Bae Jong Ok playing the role of Soo Ro’s charismatic mother, Seo Ji Hye pose classy as Soo Ro’s queen, Go Joo Won as another rival of Soo Ro, Lee Pil Mo portraying Soo Ro’s charismatic friend who later becomes Soo Ro’s opponent, and Kang Byul with elegant pose as Soo Ro’s first love.





The historical epic series Kim Suro is in the thick of filming as it nears its May 27premiere (to replace MBC’s weekend drama series The Man Called God), and we’ve got more stills to show for it. Such as Seo Ji-hye, above, dressed as the part of King Suro’s bride, Heo Hwang-ok, who becomes the first queen of the Kaya nation.

In addition to Ji Sung as the titular Suro and Yoo Oh-sung as his main rival (with Lee Pil-mo acting the part of former friend and later enemy), the drama also features a cast of familiar faces with veterans like Lee Jong-won of East of Eden and Lee Won-jong of Partner (whose names I always get mixed up).
